Select a session
The system caters for events that may be touring several places at different times. You can set up unlimited number of sessions, each with its own set of ticket pricing and discounts.
Select your ticket
- You can create unlimited tickets types; single adult, gold, silver, concession, students, etc.
- Tickets can be set at different prices.
- You can set the limit on how much can be sold.
Do you have a discount?
The Sauce Event Manager allows you to create discount coupons.
- Set a percentage discount.
- Set a fixed discounted price.
- Allow a ticket to be revealed upon code entry.
- This appears on the above select your ticket screen.

The booking details
This is where the customer is asked to provide their details for the tickets they intend to buy. A unified presentation of the booking summary, detail entry and any optional attendee details provides a great overview to customers ready for purchase.
'Your Booking' provides an easy, totalling overview of:
- The event the tickets belong to
- The session being booked into
- The ticket types that are being selected for purchase
- The number of tickets selected with their pricing
- Subtotal, tax, and total.
The 'Your Details' entry takes the details required for the booking.
If using the unified login system, returning customers can use the login details they were provided with last purchase to sign on and have all their customer details filled in automatically.
This saves time and allows people to also check their tickets and purchase history!
At this time, customers may elect to provide details about their attendees. This will allow for personalised ticket printouts if using this feature. Otherwise, ticket names are allocated to the details of the person purchasing.
When complete, simply hit submit and then confirm your booking! Bookings are held during this process for a customisable time period - usually 30 minutes.
Payment gateway integration
Sauce Software's Event Management system will then take people through to the online payment gateway to complete the transaction.
We offer PayPal integration as well as our own gateway service called SaucePay.
SaucePay is a payment gateway service provided us at Sauce Software.
It provides a range of secure payment features to all major Australian
based bank accounts for transactions via Visa, Mastercard, and more.
Payment Confirmation
Congratulations! have a wonderful time! - With 'one click' options, customers can now get an invoice or print their tickets (if enabled). If they omitted attendee details, they can also update them after the fact. Using the unified login system they can also view all their bookings and their details (if multiple have been purchased).
